A small crew of electrical workers in hard hats in a half-finished building at night, backlit by work lamps

Who we are

Built by people who pick up after themselves

Meet the crew
A young apprentice in a hard hat studying a wiring diagram in a dim electrical room

Our story

Eighteen years, one shop

Voltline started in a rented garage with two apprentices and a borrowed generator. We still run every job the same way — the person who quoted your work is on site when it matters.

Our values
A freshly installed breaker panel on an unfinished drywall wall

How we operate

Licensed, bonded, and fussy about the small stuff

Permit pulled before we arrive, work area vacuumed before we leave, and a written warranty on every installation.

Read our license

The four things we don’t compromise

Operating standards

Licensed & permitted first

C-10 licence #EL-41882, bonded and insured. Every job starts with a permit and ends with an inspection signed off.

Nobody works live

We lock out and tag out before we touch a conductor. That rule has never had an exception, and it never will.

Written warranty

Two years on labour, three on the fittings we supply, in writing, with a named person to call about it.

We train our own

Apprenticeships open every spring. Four of our nine journeymen started here, and we still put them through school.

The crews

Nine journeymen, two solar specialists, one 2am phone

Nine journeymen, two solar specialists and one service manager who has answered the 2am phone since 2011.
